While size and layouts will vary between the
units, there are some features that are consistent throughout
the building.
All the kitchens are well-designed with plenty of maple
cabinets,
great counter space, and stainless steel appliances. The
gas stove, built-in microwave and dishwasher are all Jenn
Air and the refrigerator is a stylish Fisher Paykel. The
granite countertops are crisp and offer incredible durability.
The multi-shaded maple floors throughout are stunning and
are a nice variation from just a standard wood floor, adding
further charm to the homes. Closet space and in-unit storage
is plentiful throughout each unit, which is a rarity in
most lofts. There is air-conditioning in each unit for
comfort and in-unit laundry hook-up for convenience. The
built-in
security system will make you feel safe, is a nice feature
to have and one you won't have to worry about installing
yourself. Recessed lighting throughout provides terrific
ambiance and is energy efficient. A beautiful private courtyard
in the middle of the building offers a fabulous outdoor
space that is quiet, relaxing and one you will treasure.
The developers were mindful of what today's choosy buyer
would expect and spared no expense to provide it. While
there are standard features in each home, there is certainly
nothing standard about these spaces and each offers something
different to make it stand out from the rest. For a full

People do not always realize what East Boston offers, but anyone who has already
discovered it knows what a true value it is and how convenient this neighborhood
can be. The airport T stop was recently re-done and is now a pleasant subway
station and is less than a ten minute ride Downtown. Within a short walk to
Saratoga Street, the location of these Saratoga lofts make the commute Downtown
easy and ideal. If you travel, the proximity to the airport does not get any
better! A quick walk to the shuttles gets you to your terminal in about ten
minutes. Both the Ted Williams Tunnel and Sumner Tunnel connect you to the
Mass Pike, Routes 93 North and South, and Storrow Drive, and East Boston residents
pay only 40 cents.
East Boston is comprised of a number of retail squares offering
shopping, restaurants and everyday necessities. The Saratoga
Lofts are just minutes to Day Square and not far from Maverick
Square and Eagle Hill as well as many beautiful new parks. New
coffee shops and restaurants are beginning to emerge as East
Boston gentrifies and may more are planned. The East Boston Waterfront
is finally seeing some activity so the timing is perfect to invest
in these unique homes before these developments are complete
and East Boston becomes unaffordable like so many other Boston
neighborhoods.
