The best feature of this loft is that unlike many of the others in the building, the build-out is already completed so all you have to do is simply move in. The stairs are funky and take up only a small amount of the floor space leaving a great open floor plan for all of your living needs. Originally a bra factory, many of the warehouse features have been preserved adding to the sense of true loft space. The exposed pipes give it a further urban loft feel.
