While so many units vary in the floor plans and how the space is used, there are some features that remain throughout the building. All of the floors are a beautiful bamboo wood that gleam as the sun hits them. All of the units have at least 14 foot ceilings, while many soar to 20 feet. Originally a bra factory, many of the warehouse features have been preserved adding to the sense of true loft space. The exposed pipes give it a further urban loft feel. Although the gigantic windows take up most of the wall, there is some exposed brick, adding nice character. There are also concrete columns and posts throughout. The ceilings in most units are a rustic concrete offering an industrial feel to the space. These contrasts with the varied shades of the bamboo floor bring the whole space together as a truly unique and inviting home.
